The attorney will work alongside a senior shareholder in one of Florida's most reputable private client practices and will have the opportunity to participate in a long-term succession planning process for an established practice. We are looking for someone who is eager to develop client relationships, contribute to the growth of the practice, and grow into a leadership role over time

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Our Boca Raton office operates in a coordinated practice with over 30 PCS attorneys around the country under a highly collaborative, team-based model designed to support complex planning matters at scale. Attorneys, paralegals, legal practice assistants, and practice management professionals work together through established workflows and technology-driven processes to manage hundreds of active matters efficiently and consistently.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who wants more than a traditional service role and is looking to build long-term client relationships, develop a future book of business, and grow within a nationally recognized platform.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on sophisticated estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning matters
  • Design and implement complex wealth transfer strategies for high net worth individuals and families
  • Counsel clients regarding family office structures, fiduciary matters, charitable planning, business succession planning, and trust administration
  • Collaborate directly with PCS colleagues on client strategy, planning design, and implementation
  • Manage substantial client matters with significant autonomy while maintaining exceptional responsiveness and service
  • Mentor and develop junior attorneys and high level paralegals
  • Utilize our technology platforms, including Litify and other practice management tools, to manage workflow, deadlines, client communications, and matter progress
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and deepen client relationships over time

Qualifications
  • Minimum six years of Trusts & Estates experience
  • Florida Bar admission in good standing
  • Significant experience with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques
  • Strong understanding of federal transfer tax planning, fiduciary income taxation, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex matters and drive projects to completion
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working within technology-enabled processes and using CRM, practice management, and workflow systems
  • Experience mentoring junior professionals and contributing to team development

The candidate will be resident in the Boca Raton office. Portable business is not required, but is a plus. Must be licensed in good standing in Florida. This is an on-track position with a genuine opportunity for growth and development in a thriving practice, and the title will be determined by the level of experience.
