The I&C SME will oversee installation and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems, including MCCs, PLCs, relays, protection systems, and gas-insulated switching
• Lead I&C scope from design review through installation and startup.
• Troubleshoot complex automation and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with plant control standards and reliability requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Minimum 10+ years' I&C experience in gas power plants or comparable facilities, with deep expertise in simple cycle, combined cycle facilities, and/or reciprocating plants
• Strong expertise in motor control centers, PLCs, relays, and plant automation.
• Required: OSHA 30, AED/First Aid certification, valid U.S. driver's license.
• Track record in commissioning and system reliability.
Nice to have/ what to look out for:
• Must have PLC programming, DCS systems, relays, SCADA experience.
• Ideal candidates have worked with Emerson, Siemens, GE, ABB, Honeywell, or Rockwell control systems.
• Key titles: I&C Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Lead.
