Required Skills:- Proven experience in instrumentation and controls engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong proficiency in control system design, programming, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of industrial procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with control system software and hardware (e.g., DCS, PLC, SCADA)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with cybersecurity protocols in control systems
- Knowledge of automation and process optimization techniques
- Familiarity with instrumentation calibration and maintenance
- Certifications such as Peacock, FIST, or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of instrumentation and controls engineering experience in industrial settings
Other Requirements: - Willingness to work standard M-F schedule in Midland, TX
- Ability to obtain relevant site-specific certifications if needed
