Full Job Description
Position: Instock Manager II - AMZ21325.5

Location: New York, NY

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Lead demand planning and forecasting through statistical modeling and data analysis, coordinating with category, marketing, and finance teams to optimize inventory lifecycle management and meet business targets.

2. Analyze and enhance supply chain performance using SQL and Excel, focusing on forecast accuracy, inventory health metrics, and operational efficiency improvements.

3. Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships through data-driven planning, including forecast sharing, promotional alignment, and product transition management to ensure reliable fulfillment center operations.

4. Create and implement process improvements and automation tools across supply chain systems to streamline operations, optimize space utilization, and enhance order management efficiency.

5. Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI goals, execute promotional events, and drive operational improvements through data-backed recommendations and strategic planning.

6. Manage end-to-end supply chain execution, including demand forecasting, execution planning, and proactive identification and resolution of supply chain breakdowns to ensure operational continuity.

7. Communicate performance metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executives, ensuring alignment between vendor capabilities and business initiatives

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $82701 - $141100)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in operations research, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration/management, or related discipline followed by 3 years of experience in the job offered, project/program management or reengineering or process improvement, or a related occupation.

Experience must include:
• 3 year of experience in business operations within supply chain, distribution, manufacturing and related engineering operations in a cross-functional organization utilizing sophisticated quantitative analysis and process improvement methodologies including lean process manufacturing and related performance metrics for continuous improvement, optimization and to increase efficiency within processes.
• 3 year of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools including, excel and related business intelligence tools.
• 1 year of experience improving working efficiency.
• 1 year of experience in material planning.

The base pay range for this position in New York City is USD $82701 - $141100 (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
