Description
Job OverviewAre you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and a commitment to exceptional service.
What You'll Do• Lead, coach, and support Installation Project Managers (IPMs), installers, and other operational team members.
• Foster strong collaboration between Sales, Installation, Project Management, Logistics, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Ensure installation readiness by overseeing accurate measurements, material ordering, equipment availability, and scheduling.
• Monitor project timelines and installation schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Partner with permitting and compliance teams to maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Track, communicate, and drive key performance metrics, including installation revenue, customer satisfaction, and first-time-through completion rates.
• Meet with homeowners and installers to support successful project execution and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Train and develop team members while providing ongoing performance coaching and accountability.
• Oversee operational administrative functions, including payroll review, timecard approvals, and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications• 4+ years of experience in installation management, operations management, construction management, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, job site safety, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and build strong working relationships across teams and departments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator Certification (RRP) preferred.
