Essential Duties and Responsibilities*- Ensures installations meet quality, safety, and contract standards by overseeing teams.
- Manage warranty issues and repairs.
- Back up for Install Manager.
- Resolve any installation & logistical concerns.
- Point of contact for dispatch, warehouse, and install team to ensure each project is coordinated smoothly
- Manage pending installations weekly.
- Establish and maintain a positive and effective relationship with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.
- Coordinate all inspections with the permit coordinator to make sure all jobs are inspected and complete.
- Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to the job and communicating details to customer and technicians.
- Promote Miltown's standards of quality and safety.
- Additional duties as needed.
