Build and lead an ideal installation department with the best in the business working beside you. Your focus will be on maximizing installation capacity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Wage and Benefits Package
  • Salary: $120,000 to $140,000
  • Paid Time Off: Up to 4+ weeks vacation and sick time based on length of service

Responsibilities:

Install Management
  • Set job expectations, including safety and code requirements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and office to ensure all materials, equipment, and labor are properly staged.
  • Review job packets and plans before dispatching crews to ensure readiness.
  • Conduct regular field visits to inspect installations and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor daily install operations, including job costing and job flow.
  • Ensure timely completion of installations and resolve punch list items.

Technician Training & Oversight
  • Train installation teams to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve technical and customer-facing skills.
  • Monitor technician performance and help underperformers improve.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and review job performance.
  • Lead with accountability and consistency to maintain a high-functioning install team.

Department Leadership
  • Partner with Sales and Service departments to ensure smooth handoffs and scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively to balance workloads, schedules, and customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Support a culture of pride, professionalism, and personal responsibility.


Skills / Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC trade, with direct install or field experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to inspire growth and excellence in others
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety practices, and HVAC system design
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with ServiceTitan a plus
