About the role:

As an Insights & Listening Lead, you will transform employee feedback, experience signals, and operational data into actionable insights that shape employee experiences, improve business outcomes, and elevate leader accountability. You will lead enterprise listening programs, integrate multiple sources of employee experience data, and partner with leaders to uncover opportunities that drive meaningful change. This role combines listening strategy, analytics, consulting, and storytelling to translate complex findings into clear recommendations and measurable actions.

What you will be doing:
  • Design and deliver enterprise listening strategies and pulse survey programs across multiple employee touchpoints.
  • Maintain measurement standards, segmentation logic, data quality processes, and governance practices to ensure trusted and consistent employee experience insights.
  • Integrate pulse survey, behavioral, usage, workflow, mobility, and operational data into a unified employee experience measurement framework.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insight packs that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to identify drivers of employee experience, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze employee journeys, rituals, and workplace experiences to uncover trends and guide evidence-based decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to communicate findings through compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations.
  • Track adoption, effectiveness, and outcomes associated with employee experience initiatives, manager rituals, office experience programs, and digital employee experience interventions.
  • Measure the impact of employee experience programs and provide ongoing recommendations to improve engagement, productivity, and organizational outcomes.
  • Apply structured analytical thinking, sound judgment, and curiosity to move beyond reporting trends and drive insight-to-action consulting.


Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Analytics, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in employee experience, people analytics, customer insights, research, consulting or a related analytical discipline.
  • Experience designing and managing survey programs, listening strategies or feedback measurement frameworks.
  • Expertise in employee listening and experience platforms, including Peakon (Workday) and Glint.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting solutions and executive-level presentations using data visualization tools.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting employee experience (EX), organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, or culture initiatives.
  • Knowledge of survey methodology, experience measurement frameworks, segmentation strategies, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience leveraging digital employee experience, workplace, or organizational behavior data to improve employee outcomes.
