Full Job Description
We're looking for a driven and curious Inside Sales Representative to support growth in our Industrial Automation business. In this role, you will partner closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to deliver solutions, build pipeline, and drive sales performance.

What will you do?

Support the sales cycle
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations
  • Support opportunities from initial inquiry through close
  • Partner with field sales and distributors to move deals forward

Provide technical sales support
  • Recommend solutions and perform product comparisons
  • Communicate product value clearly to customers and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical questions

Grow the business
  • Identify and qualify new leads, including OEMs and system integrators
  • Support outbound prospecting and targeted growth initiatives
  • Help expand opportunities through upsell and cross-sell efforts

Support channel partners and relationships
  • Act as a key resource for distributor sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely follow-up
  • Build strong, lasting customer and partner relationships

The expected pay range is CAD 81,600 - CAD 122,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
