Full Job Description
Inside Sales Manager position will support overall Amcor business objectives and help lead a team by utilizing business acumen, technical product knowledge and functional support skills to develop and maintain customer relationships in an effort to increase Divisional market penetration, product category volume and profitability objectives. This individual will ensure and manage a portion of the inside sales team through effective communication and coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement while at the same time managing their own book of business that fosters growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage foundational book of business while identifying and executing plans aimed at monthly, quarterly and annual sales growth.
  • Maintain and grow current customer business while uncovering new product opportunities with existing customers and prospects alike.
  • Manage and monitor productivity to help motivate assigned team to reach desired goals.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members for personal growth
  • Manage performance reviews and develop individual/team growth plans
  • Suggest improvements that benefit the business
  • Display excellence in communication, business analytics, and organizational skills
  • Ensure proper reporting and metrics are being captured (CRM)
  • Demonstrate a coachable attitude and remain accountable through all key business metrics.
  • Travel of 25-30% to support both team member and individual assigned customer calls


Qualifications:
  • Independently work to manage one's own time and resources in order to meet or exceed set objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions
  • Experience in executing and coaching the sales process that includes but not limited to: opportunity generation, qualification and solution/proposal development, negotiate and close, manage and grow, self-leadership.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience with familiarity in leading teams a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and balance customer and internal needs
  • Undergraduate degree or 5 years of experience in B2B & industry highly preferred
