The Opportunity:
Join our Agile team as anInnovation Product Manager responsible for providing customer and application support across various efforts for the Department of Navy (DoN). You will play a pivotal role in advancing mission‑driven innovation by applying modern AI capabilities to transform business processes, system effectiveness, and customer outcomes. You will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and mission users to identify high‑value AI opportunities, translate operational needs into actionable system requirements, and shape solutions that unlock new levels of insight, automation, and efficiency. You will help drive CACI’s innovation agenda by evaluating emerging technologies, experimenting with generative AI and machine‑learning–enabled workflows, and recommending improvements that enhance how enterprise systems support the mission. Your work will influence critical decisions, improve system reliability and user experience, and accelerate adoption of modern digital capabilities. This is a contingent position, dependent upon funding/customer approval.
Responsibilities:
Research AI/ML, GenAI, data structures, and algorithms utilizing various tools, emerging technologies, methodologies, and data analysis to improve existing AI models and pioneer innovative system capabilities and solutions.
Stay current with the latest developments in AI technology while ensuring compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
Collect, process, and analyze data sets from various sources using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making to create visual representations (charts, graphs, dashboards) of findings.
Lead a business and systems analysis team to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data‑driven improvements across mission workflows and system architecture.
Support agile development, testing, prototyping, and operational activities, collaborating with cross functional teams and government partners.
Analyze and visualize data to identify trends, inform decisions, and support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process improvement and automation.
Assess current architectures and recommend modernization strategies aligned with enterprise goals and technological advancements.
Ensure systems and processes adhere to financial and IT audit standards; evaluate and enhance internal controls.
Manage, mentor, and support team members while contributing to organizational innovation and adoption of next‑generation AI capabilities.
Contribute to CACI’s innovation culture by sharing insights on AI trends, participating in technical forums, and supporting organizational adoption of next‑generation capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or related field.
A minimum of Ten (10) years experience in business process improvement, business analysis, or technical consulting.
Experience with AWS AI services and in-depth knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, data pipelines, and intelligent automation.
Strong data analytics skills using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
Skilled in Agile methodologies, user‑centered design, and iterative product development.
Experience in defining system requirements, analyzing business processes, and developing functional specifications to champion creative, innovative solutions aligned to organizational strategy.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend balanced, mission‑focused solutions.
Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts.
Comfortable working in diverse settings with technical, functional, mission users, and leadership.
Experience working directly with government customers and providing timely, professional support in fast‑paced environments.
Ability to obtain an Interim/Secret Clearance.
Desired:
Experience with DoD or Federal Agencies.
Experience with DoD Financial/PPBE data and processes.
Security+ Certification.
Pay Range:
