Full Job Description
About the Team
The Solution Portfolio Excellence team serves as the front door for upstream strategic lines of business within the Global Customer Organization Enablement team. We focus on products and solutions that enable high performance for our field-facing workmates across the entire customer lifecycle.

Our team is evolving how we deliver enablement through a predictable supply chain model. In this model, we distribute intelligence and insights through a combination of AI-powered self-service tools and digital learning interventions. If you are energized by connecting product strategy to field readiness and shaping the way knowledge flows across a global organization, this is the team for you.

About the Role

As an Innovation Lead on the Solution Portfolio Excellence team, you will manage the enablement foundation for New Offering Launches. You will lead the strategic intake for upcoming products to ensure they are curated correctly for downstream delivery. Your primary goal is to maintain the foundational "Brain" of our organization - the knowledge layer that feeds our internal knowledge base and AI companions to deliver information at the point of need. This role requires a deep understanding of how to architect raw product materials into scalable, AI-ready knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining consistent alignment with upstream Product and Marketing lines of business to anticipate upcoming launches and strategy shifts
  • Serving as the front door for content curation by partnering with subject matter experts to identify and organize the foundational materials of strategy
  • Architecting expert knowledge into a standardized enablement Bill of Materials to ensure global consistency and scale
  • Leading the AI readiness strategy for launch content by ensuring all assets are structured for AI companions to retrieve sources and deliver responses with accurate links
  • Executing regular prompt testing against AI companions using both common and complex questions to measure the quality and confidence of AI output
  • Using prompt testing data to inform content enhancements and address gaps in the foundational knowledge base
  • Identifying when business shifts require deeper learning and shepherding those needs through the enablement supply chain to the Architecture and Innovation team

About You

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, content strategy, knowledge management, or a related field, with a focus on aligning business strategy with operational execution
  • Experience managing structured content libraries and establishing clear governance standards within a content management system
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end software customer lifecycle, from initial discovery through long-term adoption

Other Qualifications
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate organizational shifts and translate upstream product and marketing strategies into scalable enablement plans, identifying opportunities and developing long-term approaches that create meaningful impact for field-facing teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in partnering with product and marketing leadership to drive results, with the ability to understand team dynamics, communicate effectively across functions, and leverage diverse perspectives to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Content Strategy: Skilled in the planning, development, and management of informational content, including understanding audience needs, organizing materials for consistency and scale, and measuring the effectiveness of content initiatives to drive engagement and business growth
  • Bias for Action: Comfortable making quick decisions and taking immediate steps, even with incomplete information, with the ability to assess risks and outcomes accurately to accelerate timelines and foster a proactive, dynamic work culture
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including advanced use of Sheets and Slides for data visualization and reporting
  • Familiarity with AI-powered enablement and adoption-focused frameworks, including the ability to build and maintain an AI prompt library
  • Familiarity with Workday products and solutions

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
