OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing Firm projects related to AI and technology adoption, as well as process improvement across all of our business services functions. This includes driving the rollout of AI and other technology tools and partnering with business services teams to identify and implement solutions that improve efficiency and client service delivery.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with business services teams nationally to identify opportunities where AI could be leveraged to optimize business processes
- Working with business services teams to identify pain points that can be addressed through technology or process redesign
- Building strong relationships across business services teams, integrating AI and other technology into their day-to-day work, driving AI usage and providing substantive support on AI-related tasks
- Regularly evaluating the Firm's legal technology offerings, conducting research and recommending solutions that improve collaboration and efficiency
- Leading change management for technology rollouts, including communications planning, stakeholder engagement and measuring adoption success
- Evaluating the impact of process changes and proactively implementing strategies to minimize potential risk
Education & Experience
- A background in education or technology
- Experience in AI adoption
- Two to three years of experience in technology adoption, training/instructional design or a related field, with substantive experience in business process improvements and change management
- Experience working with legal technology and/or in a law Firm environment is an asset

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to build relationships and work closely with people at all levels of the organization
- A self-starter with strong instincts for driving adoption
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A team player with the ability to support others in a collaborative and flexible manner
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both English and French would be an asset
Compensation
The anticipated annual salary for the Innovation Adoption Manager, Business Services is $120,000 - $140,000. Salary levels will be determined commensurate with internal and market equity and experience. Other Relevant Applicant Information
