We are seeking a visionary technical lead for our global Digital Enablement Platform Technical Lead -someone who thrives on leveraging cutting-edge and emerging technologies to architect solutions that are robust, scalable, responsive, and highly performant.

In this role, you will move beyond business-as-usual work to proactively design the next generation of applications, setting the technical direction and driving continuous iteration to evolve our solutions in real, fluid ways. You will ensure every application is architected for long-term scalability, responsive design, and optimal performance, making critical decisions that enable seamless user experiences. As a trusted partner to the business, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to roadmap applications, balancing business needs with technical integrity-and you'll have the expertise and confidence to say no when requests could compromise performance or user experience, always advocating for best-in-class solutions. You will also lead and mentor a talented team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. In this role, you will:
  • Oversee the end-to-end solution and development, integration and management of our digital enablement platform including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality, driving innovation to enhance user experience, and maintaining the platform's overall performance and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Domain Leads to establish a product roadmap that incorporates innovative capabilities
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders and product owner to develop and implement new features and technical solutions, playing an active role in design/architecture discussions, engineering solutions to complex business issues, and driving technical software delivery
  • Optimize technology management and development processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Engage with business and technical teams to gather and expose requirements through detailed questions to design and architect solutions that integrate business needs with technology capabilities; propose alternate solutions options that consider business need and end user experience
  • Lead and motivate diverse, distributed Chubb and partner teams to ensure efficient and effective application development
  • Manage development and upkeep of the platform, adhering to Chubb's standards and IT development frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality
  • Lead rapid development iterations of feature level assignments in Micro Squads.
  • Develop and manage backend functionalities through REST APIs
  • Provide technical guidance to development team in implementing full stack solutions


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant technical or business work experience with experience demonstrating clear understanding of business process disciplines
  • 5-10 years of leading or being a key leader in digital transformation programs or initiatives leveraging the Microsoft development stack including C++, Python, .NET Framework, Asp.net, cloud technology (ideally Azure), DevOps practices (Github, Azure DevOps), data storage (Azure), Power Platform, and AI & Analytics (ideally AzureAI)
  • Deep technical experience with API development
  • Experience with Agile development methods and tools
  • Experience participating in large-scale change projects with aggressive timelines
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is strongly desired
  • Working knowledge of insurance, finance or similar industries and domains
  • Prior Agentic AI implementation experience is strongly preferred
