Sommaire des responsabilités

Bell Flight a présentement plusieurs projets de développement et de mise à jour d'appareil nécessitant la création ou la mise à jour de dessins de câblage et d'installation électrique. La personne recherchée en Câblage et Installation Électrique, agira comme conseiller à l'installation électrique selon son expérience De plus, il guidera, supervisera et révisera la partie technique du travail quotidien des spécialistes en câblage et en installation électrique.

Les compétences suivantes sont recherchées pour ce poste :

  • Coordonner avec les groupes de conception de systèmes (ingénieurs de Contrôle de vol, systèmes Avioniques, E3 et Systèmes électriques) les spécifications/requis d'installation pour les divers équipements avioniques/électriques sous la supervision du Lead Câblage et Installations électriques.
  • Développer les installations d'équipements et de câblage avioniques/électriques pour l'ensemble de l'aéronef.
  • Générer modèles 3D et dessins 2D pour les diverses installations requises
  • Supporter les changements d'ingénierie tout au long du développement, des tests et de la phase de certification du programme
  • Assister durant les installations initiales sur l'appareil (FAI)
  • Supporter la conception et la construction de requis spéciaux de test qui surviendront durant le développement.


Le candidat retenu fera partie de l'équipe des programmes commerciaux, basé à Mirabel, et relèvera du Lead Câblage et Installations.

Exigences du poste / Qualifications

É tudes requises:

  • Baccalauréat en génie électrique, physique, informatique, aérospatial ou mécanique, ou l'équivalent


Exigences:

  • Au moins de 3-4 ans d'expérience pertinente en aérospatiale dans un environnement de câblage et installation électrique.
  • Expérience en intégration de systèmes électriques, développement et test.
  • Familier avec les normes d'installation et matériel/quincaillerie relié
  • Expérience avec un environnement de développement:
  • Connaissance de Catia V6
  • Bonne éthique de travail et motivation personnelle.
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

Summary of job description

Bell Flight currently has numerous development and upgrade projects requiring the creation or update of wiring/harness and electrical installation drawings. The Wiring & Electrical Installation candidate will act as technical focal point based on its experience. Moreover, they will guide, oversee and review the technical aspect of the work being done by the wiring and electrical installation specialists.

This posting is looking for the following competencies:

  • Coordinate with the system design group (Flight Control, Avionics, E3 and Electrical Systems engineers) the installation requirements for the various equipment and associated wiring under the supervision of the Wiring and Installation Lead
  • Develop aircraft equipment and Wire Routing/Installation designs.
  • Generate installation design 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • Perform engineering changes throughout the development, test and certification phases of the program
  • Support FAIs
  • Support the design, build, of special test requirements as required during the development


The candidate will be part of the commercial Programs team, based in Mirabel, reporting to the Wiring & Electrical Installation Lead.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Physics, Computer Science, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.


Position Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of pertinent experience in aerospace electrical wiring and installation environment.
  • Experience with wiring and electrical systems integration, development, and testing.
  • Familiarity with aerospace installation and hardware standards,
  • Experience with Primary Development Environment:
  • Knowledge of Catia V4/V6
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Functional knowledge in French is required.
  • Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.


Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
