  • Champion Developer Velocity: Reduce friction by building and maintaining best-in-class developer experiences, including monorepo build systems and automated release pipelines.
  • Enforce Reliability: Define and implement reliability standards across our stack to ensure high uptime and system stability for groups operating on our infrastructure.
  • Optimize for Efficiency: Build and manage tools for cost attribution and optimization to ensure our infrastructure scales efficiently with our business.
  • Pioneer New Domains: Spearhead infrastructure initiatives for high-growth areas
  • Collaborate at Scale: Work closely with engineering leadership to align product development with long-term technical architecture.

What We're Looking For

  • Scale Experience: Demonstrated success in product management at well-known, large-scale tech companies or high-growth infrastructure-focused startups.
  • Product Rigor: A background in translating technical requirements into high-impact features. Strong judgment in balancing roadmap ambitions with the operational health, stability, and maintainability of the platform.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Comfort with metrics such as SLOs, adoption, and cost efficiency, and a track record of using them to drive prioritization.
  • Bar Raiser Mentality: A desire to challenge the status quo, championing operational excellence, and pushing teams to innovate faster.
  • Communication across altitudes: The ability to go deep with engineers on architecture while also articulating the business value of infrastructure investments to executive stakeholders.
