Information Systems Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, clinical systems, and vendor partnerships while driving innovation across our growing healthcare organization.
What You'll Do- Lead the strategy, performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Coastal Orthopedics and our Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap and IT initiatives.
- Manage network, server, telephony, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI solutions, to improve clinical and operational workflows.
- Oversee IT vendors, budgets, hardware/software procurement, and asset management.
- Support EHR, imaging, and healthcare technology integrations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
- Provide technology guidance to executive leadership and physician stakeholders.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, cloud/virtualized environments, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven project management and vendor management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Healthcare IT experience preferred.
Preferred Experience- EHR, imaging systems, HL7/API integrations, and healthcare data systems.
- SQL reporting and workflow optimization.
- AI technologies, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, SonicWall, or NextGen.
