JOB SUMMARY
The Information Security Training & Awareness Lead will drive employee-facing cybersecurity communications, training, and phishing simulations. This role translates technical risks into clear, actionable guidance and improves training engagement and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver security communications and awareness campaigns
Design and deploy role-based training using LMS platforms and e-learning tools
Track training completion, report metrics, and follow up on gaps
Support phishing simulations and analyze results
Partner with InfoSec, HR, and Communications to align training and awareness initiatives
Manage shared security inbox and respond to employee inquiries
Plan and execute awareness activities such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month, workshops, and gamified learning experiences

Required Qualifications
Strong communication and content development skills with ability to translate technical material into business-friendly messaging
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate)
Familiarity with phishing simulations and security awareness programs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and organizational skills with exceptional follow-through
Analytical and data-driven mindset to assess training effectiveness
Ability to build trusted relationships across teams
Positive, collaborative presence in dynamic work environments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with security awareness program design and gamified learning approaches
Background in communications or corporate training
