Information Security Advisor - Risk Management, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Advise IT delivery teams and business partners on integrating security requirements and risk management best practices into technology initiatives
- Provide advisory support throughout the design, implementation, operation, and evolution phases of technology solutions
- Assess risks related to technology solutions, data, and business processes
- Formulate pragmatic, actionable recommendations tailored to diverse technological and business contexts
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's cybersecurity posture and the maturity of teams
- Act as a trusted partner for technical and business stakeholders
- Leverage, when relevant, artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI) to support analysis, documentation, and process optimization
What could accelerate your success in this roleWe're looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Data Science, or an equivalent academic background
- Has a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in information security, technology, or risk management
- Demonstrates strong expertise in information security frameworks, principles, and practices (CISSP, CCSP, or CRISC certifications are considered assets)
- Is recognized for their ability to influence, communicate clearly, and provide advisory guidance without formal authority
- Demonstrates rigor, objectivity, autonomy, flexibility, tolerance for ambiguity, and a strong commitment to continuous learning
- Is known for their ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with vendors and external partners
- Experience with or interest in using artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI) to support analysis, writing, or process optimization (an asset).
- An advanced level of French proficiency is required, as the role involves participating in meetings, drafting emails and documentation, and collaborating weekly with French-speaking internal teams, partners, and vendors.
