Full Job Description
The US Security Administration and Operations Analyst is responsible for administering user and system profile access and is the primary technical writer for infosec procedures. This position ensures that previously defined or newly created controls and procedures are followed and that requests are satisfied in a timely and accurate manner while also managing periodic access certifications and contributing to project work, Regulatory Exams, and Audits.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a member of the US Security Administration and Operations team, you'll work with the life cycle of user profile administration withing various applications and systems.
  • Provisions and de-provisioning user access
  • Creating, deleting and modifying profiles within applications and systems
  • Enforces security policies and procedures by performing periodic access control reviews
  • Assists with audits and compliance reviews including SOX audits and Regulatory Exams
  • Documentation procedures, policies, and controls
  • Organizing and making documentation easily accessible
  • Ensuring content quality through editing and analysis
  • Researches end-user problems and provides accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner
  • Advises management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations and security risks
  • Leads review, analyze, and create detailed documentation, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts
  • Identifies outdated access control protocols and makes recommendations to modernize and strengthen IAM security
  • Research and recommend approaches for projects and other system administration tasks
  • Participate in projects as Access Administration SME


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a similar role within enterprise environment
  • A university degree in Information or Technology Management or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry recognized certifications a plus
  • Experience using identity management systems such as NetIQ, SailPoint etc.
  • Proficiency writing procedure documentation, quick-start guides etc.
  • The ability to clearly explain technical concepts to multiple audiences
  • Experience identifying gaps and types of content to be written
  • Launched and continuously improved documentation by focusing on both short-term and long-term goals
  • Excellent ability to clearly and accurately communicate procedural concepts
  • Exceptional written English skills, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and grammar
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Work Environment: 2 days in office, 3 days remote

This role has an expected salary range of $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
