Responsibilities

Peraton seeks an Information & Content Manager (ICM) to support DAMO-SOC Division, DAMO-SO Directorate, HQDA G3/5/7.  Location: Taylor Building / Pentagon. 

 

In this role, you will be the primary process facilitator and SharePoint administrator for the DAMO-SOC Division. The ICM focuses on organizing organizational content, maintaining clean digital workspaces, streamlining workflows, and leveraging available Army enterprise platforms to improve organizational efficiency.

 

Tasks include:

  • Primary Administrator: Serve as the hands-on administrator for all DAMO-SOC SharePoint site collections and Microsoft TEAMS environments.
  • Structure & Access Control: Build out folder structures, manage user permissions, and ensure files are organized, secure, and easily searchable.
  • Process Maintenance: Develop, version-control, and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain and update organizational distribution lists.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in existing G3/5/7 workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline tasks.
  • Enterprise Data Visualization (Preferred): Leverage Army enterprise tools like Army Vantage or Power BI to build live dashboards that track and visualize project statuses for leadership decision-making.
  • AI Integration (Preferred): Apply basic understanding of approved Army AI platforms to modernize manual staff processes.
  • Cross-Division Support: Provide flexible technical and process support to other divisions within the DAMO-SO Directorate as directed by the DAMO-SOC Division Chief.
  • Physical Access Support: Assist with visitor control/escort duties and serve as a physical security coordinator to open/lock secure workspaces (Taylor Building/RSAC) when needed.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years of experience or Associates+14 years.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: Must be a process-driven operator capable of taking general strategic intent and independently establishing the necessary workflows to execute the mission.
    • This role requires an exceptionally proactive, process-oriented self-starter who operates autonomously without micro-management. While primarily dedicated to supporting the DAMO-SOC Division, the ICM is a team player who remains available to provide cross-level support and assist other divisions within the DAMO-SO Directorate during peak operational surges or strategic initiatives.
  • Staff Action Experience: Proven familiarity with HQDA staff staffing procedures and standards.
  • SharePoint Mastery: Strong, practical experience designing, managing, and maintaining complex SharePoint site collections and Microsoft TEAMS environments within a DoD/Army network.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI.

Preferred: 

  • Data Visualization & Tech Skills (Optional/Preferred): Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Army Vantage, Power BI) and an interest in applying modern AI tools to automate legacy office processes.
Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
