Description:
The Industry Sales Operations Lead is responsible for the development, refinement, and evolution of our industry strategy through its different stages. With responsibilities spanning strategy, sales planning, and business operations, this role works alongside peers within Operations and field stakeholders to identify and implement the infrastructure, engagement model, and mechanisms that power our company-wide industry GTM strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a deep sales operations background and fluency with how large, global, high-tech sales organizations operate go-to-market activities. They will have led sales transformation efforts focused on scaling operations for productivity and business insights delivery. They will be passionate about the field organization and developing innovative solutions that empower decision-making and return time for customer-facing, value-added selling activities.
Necessary technical skills include depth of expertise across CRM and BI solution stacks. Importantly, the right candidate will have demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems. This individual must be able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, building and managing sales operations mechanisms that can scale with the growth of the business.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
