Role Descriptions & Responsibilities
As a NAM Industry Process Consultant, you will model complex structural CAE challenges for the Transportation & Mobility sector, spanning powertrain, battery, chassis, and body systems. Leveraging your commercial FEA expertise, you will directly support client projects through pre/post-processing, advanced analysis, visualization, and technical communication, while researching key industry problems to present to the team.
As an Industry Process Consultant, you will:
Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, leading Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
Produce and deliver executive presentations using Dassault Systèmes simulation solutions.
Execute advanced engineering consulting projects and lead key customer engagements.
Train clients on core tools, including the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Abaqus.
Drive industry-specific workflow development and collaborate with R&D on software enhancements.
Represent Dassault Systèmes during technical conferences and author best-practices articles for SIMULIA products.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of Transportation & Mobility industry experience including: occupant safety, durability, NVH, or vehicle electrification
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Royal Oak, MI
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English with proven multi-tasking abilities

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $145100 and $170700, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
