Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, demand generation, campaign development, or program management.
  • Experience managing project timelines, marketing budgets, and agency partners.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience translating technical concepts or industry insights into narratives for business audiences.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel integrated campaigns across paid media, email, digital events, and sales outbound, and utilizing CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) for campaign tracking.
  • Experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to drive account engagement.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline marketing workflows, derive campaign insights, or enhance sales enablement.
  • Understanding of B2B growth models, demand waterfall mechanics, and lead management.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional environments, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
