Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead MB-DMI technology deployment projects from planning through production implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, dashboards, KPIs, and progress reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and successful technology deployment.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Assess the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of solutions and define actions required to achieve production readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth industrialization and deployment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including PWA/RTX stakeholders, digital solution providers, AI and data analytics teams, and strategic suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change management activities.
• Promote MB-DMI technologies across Pratt & Whitney Canada and act as an ambassador for digital manufacturing transformation
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, continuous improvement, or business transformation.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, dimensional inspection, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of process mapping, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. • Ability to work onsite five days per week.
Preferred
• Master's degree in Engineering and/or PMP certification.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or other advanced manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Experience with Enovia V6 or other PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, C++, or similar).
• Understanding of metrology, manufacturing, and production processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
