Job DescriptionIndustrial Analytics EngineerMust-Have Skills- Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis)
- Labor and cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR)
- Manufacturing analytics & process optimization
- Simulation tools (FlexSim / AnyLogic / Simio)
- Data analytics: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- PFEP and material flow modeling
- Scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and forecasting
- AI/ML-based analytics (preferred)
Must-Have Experience- 7+ years in industrial engineering analytics/ manufacturing modeling
- Experience building end-to-end IE models (capacity + labor + cost)
- Strong exposure to factory operations, throughput optimization, and cost analysis
- Experience with business case development and financial modeling
- Hands-on work integrating shop-floor data, MES, and analytics systems
Mandatory Skills: CADTools.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
