Full Job Description
The IAM Channel Integrator is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic and transformational initiatives that support the company's growth and effectiveness within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM). This role serves as a key connector across functional teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned, effectively executed, and deliver measurable business impact.

The IAM Channel Integrator works closely with leadership, product management, purchasing, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to manage complex projects that improve operational performance, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen the company's competitive position in the automotive aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership
  • Lead and manage transformational initiatives that support the company's IAM strategy and long-term growth objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project challenges.


Cross-Functional Integration
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple departments including product management, purchasing, supply chain, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to help teams collaborate effectively and maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure key stakeholders remain informed on progress, risks, and outcomes.


Program Management and Execution
  • Translate strategic concepts into actionable project plans and operational execution.
  • Track initiative performance against defined goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Facilitate regular project updates, working sessions, and leadership reviews.


Process and Organizational Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, cross-functional collaboration, and operational efficiency within IAM programs.
  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, or workflows that enhance execution and team performance.


Strategic Initiative Support
  • Support leadership in evaluating new business opportunities, channel initiatives, or operational improvements.
  • Assist in developing business cases, project proposals, and implementation plans for key initiatives.
  • Help ensure that strategic programs align with broader corporate objectives and deliver measurable value.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, business strategy, product management, or operational leadership, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives or organizational change efforts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
