Purpose
Contributes to the success of the GTB Operations by supporting the planning, governance, and execution of migration initiatives across Canada, the U.S., regional, and global markets, ensuring alignment with business strategies, delivery objectives, governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

What You'll Do
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Provide centralized program management and governance support for the migration initiative.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to define detailed delivery plans, including timelines, critical milestones, training readiness, and execution dependencies.
  • Coordinate and manage interdependent workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams before and during migration execution.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, driving resolution to maintain program momentum and delivery commitments.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to build and execute delivery plans.
  • Prior experience with migration, platform transition, operational transformation, or technology modernization initiatives preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills considered an asset, given the role's coordination with teams and stakeholders across Mexico, Colombia, and other global regions


Working Conditions:
Work in a standard office-based environment; Extensive travel internationally.
