Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Implementation Operations Manager will be responsible for the Operations of the Technology organization to support enterprise-wide strategic business objectives. The individual in this role partners with leaders and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful results. The Implementation Services Operations Manager will be responsible for defining, championing and improving processes that are related to building software.

This role will also be responsible for designing and generating reports in support of engineering organization management including people processes for global team, financial and budget management, and related tracking.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for successful execution of Technology Department processes, initiatives & financial performance;
  • Designing, implementing, managing & improving processes that are related to supporting, maintaining & optimizing department performance and execution;
  • Responsible for reporting to measure, track & manage key performance metrics (including organizational management, financial & budget);
  • Engage stakeholders across the organization & global teams to ensure deliverables are delivered on time & according to plan; and
  • Manage all global people processes including onboarding, team assignments and global team tracking and support.
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and
  • Travel requirement for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in Information Systems, Business or comparable relevant experience
• 8+ Years progressive experience in Operations or Program Management in a corporate enterprise
• Experience managing risks, driving decisions and moving initiatives forward to completion
• Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse employees

Base Compensation Range

$112,600-$150,000 USD
