Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of Commercial Lending Lifecycle solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial lending, loan origination systems (LOS), and client-facing implementation projects, with the ability to manage multiple engagements effectively.
- Lead the implementation on Lending Suite solutions for clients
- Drive client discussions, workshops, and project execution activities
- Manage multiple client programs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial loan origination and approval process, including roles of lenders, relationship managers, and underwriters
- Ensure alignment with lending regulations and compliance requirements
Functional Expertise- Interpret financial spreads for individuals and businesses, including:
- Financial ratios
- Combined financial statements
- Global cash flow analysis
- Evaluate covenants, including calculation, tracking, and testing
- Understand credit approval processes, authorities, and internal controls
- Analyze key risk metrics such as Probability of Default (PD) and Loss Given Default (LGD)
- Demonstrate knowledge of:
- Commercial loan types
- Collateral structures
- Deal structuring practices
- Review and interpret key business documents such as term sheets and credit proposals
- Analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking industry
- Hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following platforms:
- Abrigo
- nCino
- Fusion
- LaserPro
- FIS Commercial Loan Origination
- Fiserv Originate
- Moody's CreditLens
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proven ability to manage client interactions and lead implementation engagements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Domain Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking/lending, preferably including CRE (Commercial Real Estate) or IRE (Income Real Estate)
- At least 5 years of commercial underwriting experience
- Familiarity with:
- Rent rolls
- Unit mix analysis
- Net operating income statements
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70000 - 100000/per annum.
