Responsibilities

• Oversee facility design execution including layouts and WMS configuration.
• Manage the full implementation process ensuring project goals alignment.
• Engage with internal teams and STORD customers for successful launches.
• Serve as a key partner ensuring operational standards are met.
• Develop clear supplier and customer playbooks for smooth transitions.
• Identify and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities during implementation.
• Continuously enhance implementation processes based on industry feedback.
• Provide training and ongoing support for seamless transitions post-launch.
