Full Job Description
We are now looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Chicago

Our Professional Services project teams implement the Sievo solutions for our customers. We are the ones creating the integrations to our customers' and 3rd party data sources, enriching the data and implementing world-class procurement analytics. This means working with the biggest global customers and their vast amounts of transactional data, but also with 3rd party providers of data on market indexes, risk, sustainability, diversity, CO2 emissions and so forth.

As an Implementation Consultant you would:
  • Implement and configure Sievo software for customers together with your project team
  • Design and configure Sievo solutions that match customer business needs and provide value to users from procurement, finance, or other connected teams
  • Facilitate and run customer meetings and workshops
  • Get your hands dirty in SQL databases, QlikSense, and work with the Sievo application tools
  • Train our customers and partners to draw insights from Sievo and apply the solutions in their daily workflow
  • Develop further our working methods with our partners as well as internally with the Sievo Professional Services team
  • Work in cross-functional teams to develop our product and create cutting edge analytical solutions

What we are looking for from you:
  • Analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - you are a convincing and confident communicator having the ability to, for example, run effective customer workshops
  • Ability to take ownership over your own tasks, hands-on mentality, and pro-activeness in everything you do
  • Basics of SQL and data visualization tools, such as Qlik Sense, PowerBI or Tableau
  • Consultative, customer-first attitude - you are eager to partner closely with clients and understand their business. We also expect that you are able to occasionally travel to meet customers.
  • Courage to question things and to speak up - we believe development comes from challenging the status quo
  • Fluency in English (other language skills are appreciated)

Extra points for
  • Previous experience in finance / procurement domains or understanding the basics of supply chain management
  • Consulting, project work and/or SaaS experience

The salary range for this position is $71,000 to $90,000 based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
