As an Implementation Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will lead the charge in managing complex technical treasury product implementations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience, leveraging your skills to build strong relationships and drive impactful outcomes. Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and training experience for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Connect with clients through Zoom, Email, and other collaborative technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Management.
  • Manage client and partner expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Implement mixed payable solutions and support clients with file mapping exercises.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to streamline processes.
  • Identify and manage business risks, showing ownership of issues.
  • Translate client requests into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
  • Document meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage conflicts and facilitate discussions to create optimal solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing treasury products or similar financial services.
  • Proven track record in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Advanced proficiency in data and tech literacy, including model interpretation.

  • PMP or other Project Management Certifications.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring employees.
  • Strategic thinking with adaptability to change.
  • Experience in ERP, systems integration, or API space.
