Job Description:

As the Global Digital Change Experience Lead, you will oversee all strategic change initiatives and cross-functional transformation efforts across the IMO Digital & Data portfolio, serving as a trusted thought partner and deputy to the Senior Director, Digital & Data Change Experience. This role is responsible for driving integrated change planning, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and value realization across critical Digital & Data initiatives while helping establish and scale the Change Experience capability for the future Mars Snacking organization.

Operating across technology, process, data, governance, cybersecurity, service management, AI, and Associate experience initiatives, this individual will bring a systems-thinking mindset that connects work across functions, programs, and regions to ensure business outcomes are achieved in a coordinated and sustainable manner.

The Global Digital Change Experience Lead plays a critical role in helping the organization avoid change in silos by identifying dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and orchestrating integrated experiences that improve readiness, accelerate adoption, and enable long-term business success.

They can connect dots across programs, functions, and geographies while balancing enterprise objectives with regional and local realities.

They are also a strong communicator and storyteller who can independently develop executive presentations, strategic recommendations, communications, engagement plans, and leadership materials that influence decision-making and drive action.

Strategic Initiatives & Integration Leadership
  • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Change Experience function.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Digital & Data leaders on organizational readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation.
  • Partner with program leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and interventions that improve organizational outcomes.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that span multiple functions, regions, technologies, and business capabilities.
  • Support leadership decision-making through thoughtful analysis, recommendations, and executive-level storytelling.


Change Experience Delivery Leadership
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Change Experience activities across assigned initiatives, ensuring execution of the AWARE, ALIGN, ABILITY, and ADOPT framework.
  • Develop and oversee Change Strategies, Stakeholder Analyses, Impact Assessments, Communications & Engagement Plans, Champion Networks, Readiness Strategies, and Sustainment Plans.
  • Establish consistency, quality, and repeatability across Change Experience deliverables and methodologies.
  • Coach project teams and stakeholders on effective change leadership practices.
  • Ensure adoption, readiness, and business outcomes remain central to program delivery.
  • IT4IT, Cyber & Digital Associate Experience
  • Lead Change Experience efforts supporting IT4IT, cybersecurity, service management, cross-company access, digital workplace, and associate experience initiatives.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to translate complex topics into meaningful and actionable experiences for stakeholders.
  • Drive readiness and adoption strategies that support enterprise-wide capabilities impacting associates across Mars Snacking.
  • Support the successful deployment of foundational Digital & Data capabilities that enable the future operating model.


Integrated Planning & End-to-End Orchestration
  • Identify and manage dependencies across programs, functions, technologies, and regions.
  • Ensure change activities are coordinated across interconnected initiatives to minimize change saturation and maximize business readiness.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to align global priorities with local deployment needs.
  • Apply a systems-thinking approach to understand upstream and downstream impacts of organizational change.
  • Drive integrated planning efforts that connect technology, process, data, governance, and people impacts across the portfolio.


Operating Model Effectiveness & Future Capability Building
  • Support the development and evolution of the IMO Digital & Data Change Experience operating model.
  • Help establish methodologies, playbooks, governance processes, tools, and standards that scale the function.
  • Partner with Change Experience leadership to identify capability gaps and future organizational needs.
  • Support the development of future resources focused on end-to-end process transformation, regional enablement, and cross-functional orchestration.
  • Contribute to building a sustainable Change Experience capability that extends beyond individual programs and supports the long-term success of Mars Snacking.


Adoption, Readiness & Value Realization
  • Define and monitor adoption, readiness, engagement, and behavioral change metrics across initiatives.
  • Identify organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies that improve program outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to reinforce, embed, and sustain new ways of working following deployment.
  • Leverage insights and feedback to continuously improve change approaches and stakeholder experiences.
  • Communicate progress, risks, recommendations, and outcomes to senior leadership teams.

Education & Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, change management, organizational effectiveness, program delivery, or related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide business, technology, digital, data, or operating model transformations.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups, regions, and business functions.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption, and sustainment methodologies.
  • Exceptional executive presence, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in highly matrixed environments.
