- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Use clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and sound judgment to assess patient needs
- Coordinate and supervise patient care
- Develop and coordinate plans of care
- Educate patients and families throughout their care experience
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
- Build valuable experience in a specialized nursing environment
CompensationHourly Range: $31.25-$46.88Eligible team members may also have access to additional compensation opportunities, including:
- Potential performance-based bonus, based on eligibility requirements and defined performance metrics
