*THIS POSITION MAY REQUIRE A 6 MONTH DEPLOYMENT*
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document analytic production on human identification characteristics and modalities, including fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavioral indicators, to identify, characterize, and track individuals and networks.
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational identity attributes with associated intelligence to develop comprehensive assessments of individuals and networks.
  • Produce intelligence assessments evaluating threat individuals and networks, including their capabilities, capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
  • Analyze and assess friendly and adversary biometric systems to identify system capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and potential operational impacts.
  • Develop and deliver analytic findings and technical assessments to inform U.S. Defense Acquisition Community activities, requirements, and decision-making related to biometric systems and capabilities.
  • Research, draft, coordinate, and maintain doctrine, policy, and guidance documents supporting Identity Intelligence (I2) activities in accordance with applicable Department of Defense authorities, regulations, and guidance.
  • Coordinate with government, military, and intelligence community stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and advancement of I2 policies, doctrine, processes, and capabilities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
  • Prepare and present analytical products, assessments, briefings, and supporting documentation to communicate I2 findings, trends, system assessments, and recommendations to government stakeholders and decision-makers.


Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with a qualifying degree, or five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of intelligence requirements supporting both lethal and non-lethal targeting operations.
  • Demonstrate experience conducting network, pattern, geospatial, link, and social network analysis in support of Attack the Network (AtN) operations.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of targeting tradecraft, including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams, and Pattern of Life (POL) analysis.
  • Demonstrate experience providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of intelligence analysis tools and databases, including BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst's Notebook, open-source research tools, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, and Pulse.
  • Demonstrate the ability to actively participate in analytical collaboration and debate, incorporate constructive feedback, and adjust assessments based on peer and leadership review.
  • Possess the ability to satisfy applicable Combatant Command (COCOM) pre-deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of six (6) months.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
