What You Will Do:
- Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG), with a focus on identity lifecycle and governance processes.
- Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements, governance workflows, role models, and related process updates.
- Build and deliver user training materials for access requests, user access attestation/certification cycles/campaigns, identity provisioning workflows, and end-user adoption.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflow automation, approvals, and connector behavior, and help validate solution readiness.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), quick-reference guides, job aids, and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of the solution.
What You Will Need:
- Five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience in IT modernization, Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM)/identity operations, or process engineering.
- Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, access governance, and role-based workflows.
- Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
- Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with Okta OIG or other identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
- Experience supporting change management and adoption strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
- Familiarity with access request, attestation, provisioning, and governance automation processes.
- Experience working in a cybersecurity or defense-related environment.
- Prior experience creating training materials, quick-reference guides, and end-user communications for enterprise system rollouts.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
