  • 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • 12+ years overall IT experience.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale global IAM transformation programs.
  • Previous engagement with Japanese clients or stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
  • Fluent in Japanese with a preference for JLPT N1 certification.
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

  • Facilitate discussions with technical teams and stakeholders in both Japanese and English.

Role - IAM Lead with Japanese Proficiency

Experience Required -6+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Experience leading large-scale global IAM transformation programs.
• Prior experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-based stakeholders.
• BFSI domain experience preferred.

Must Have Skills
• Native / Fluent Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
