Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance distributed systems, containerized microservices, and asynchronous event-driven pipelines within large-scale telecom backend infrastructures. The role involves managing high-volume data migrations, auditing, maintaining system reliability through automation, and implementing advanced Agentic AI frameworks to streamline enterprise workflows. In this position, software code is designed, developed, modified, debugged, and maintained strictly according to functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications.
Established software engineering standards, applicable development methodologies, and release processes are followed to ensure that all code remains highly maintainable, scalable, and supportable, with software products regularly demonstrated to key stakeholders. Technical issues are investigated through comprehensive code reviews and debugging to provide permanent fixes or temporary workarounds, maintaining the operability of existing software solutions.
The role requires active collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, contributing directly through peer code reviews, constructive feedback, and structural suggestions.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 a year
