The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of IT Cybersecurity & Platform Strategy IAM team, the IAM Assurance Sr. Associate will be responsible for partnering with the IAM Governance leads to support core Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance functions, with a primary focus on portfolio metrics, reporting, and governance transparency.
  • This individual will play a key role in driving the measurement, tracking, and communication of IAM governance activities, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into risk posture, control effectiveness, and operational performance. The role will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of governance reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational expectations.
  • The IAM Governance Sr. Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather data, validate metrics, and ensure consistency in reporting across governance processes such as access certifications, policy adherence, and remediation tracking. This individual will also contribute to the continuous improvement of governance reporting frameworks, helping to standardize outputs and improve data quality.
  • Additionally, the role will support the IAM Governance Manager in coordinating governance activities, preparing materials for senior leadership, and maintaining documentation related to governance processes, controls, and reporting methodologies. The Sr. Associate will serve as a key contributor to ensuring governance activities are well-documented, measurable, and aligned to risk and compliance objectives..


Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead IAM governance-related initiatives with guidance from the IAM Governance Director.
  • Assist in supporting governance functions across Identity and Access Management, including access certification, policy adherence, and control execution.
  • Contribute to defining governance requirements for IAM processes, workflows, controls, and reporting aligned with regulatory and audit expectations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of governance documentation, including policies, standards, procedures, training materials, and job aids related to entitlement management and access governance.
  • Provide input into the evaluation and continuous improvement of IAM governance processes, tools, and controls to reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive adherence to IAM governance standards and frameworks.
  • Interact with senior stakeholders to support alignment on governance approaches, controls, and remediation strategies where necessary.
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and management of access certification campaigns and governance reviews using IAM tools; ensure timely completion, issue tracking, and audit readiness.
  • Support governance reporting, metrics, and dashboards that provide transparency into access risks, control effectiveness, and remediation status.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • One or more information security or audit certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus.
  • 2+ years Hands-on experience with any PAM/IAM/Cybersecurity solution.

  • Clear understanding of Audit & Risk Controls for technology systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Bravura PAM, OASIS and other similar IAM Systems.
  • Understanding of IT risks and implications to the business.
  • Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Fluent both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated ability to write report segments and to participate in presentations.
  • Possess a balance of analytical problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and business/technical acumen.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
