Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years experience in regulatory certification for electronic devices.
• Safety knowledge compliant with EN 62368-1 for CE RED.
• Hands-on experience with FCC, IC, and CE (RED) certification handling.
• Experience with telco approvals, including Verizon, is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project design team to ensure proper regulatory certifications are achieved.
• Identify certification requirements and plan timelines with multiple departments.
• Work with a certification partner for global certifications.
• Engage with engineering teams to clarify product design needs for EMC and RF certification.
• Define and document certification requirements accurately.
• Coordinate with Product Management to set certification country priorities.
• Maintain established relationships with accredited labs for testing and certification.
• Manage quotations from accredited labs and schedule testing efficiently.
• Keep certification database updated with new and renewal information.
