Skillforce has teamed up with one of the largest mechanical, industrial and commercial construction services providers to find an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead crews on a large commercial construction project in Mesa, AZ. This is a direct hire/long term position.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation who thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment.Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $45-$50/hour
HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise sheet metal installation crews on a large commercial construction project.
- Coordinate daily work activities to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently.
- Manage crews of up to 30 sheet metal mechanics while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and company expectations.
- Promote and enforce all jobsite safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Complete daily reports and provide progress updates as needed.
HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman Qualifications:- 8+ years of sheet metal experience on large commercial construction projects.
- Previous experience leading crews of up to 30 field employees.
- Proven ability to manage accelerated project schedules while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate crews and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Current Schedule:- Monday-Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday & Saturday: 8-hour shifts
HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman Requirements:- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Clean driving record required.
Preferred Certifications- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Rigger Certification
- CPR / First Aid
- Fall Protection
- Aerial Lift Certification
