What You'll Do- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, chillers, AHUs, VAVs, and exhaust systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
- Troubleshoot BAS, controls, and sensors
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and quality control
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
- Respond to emergency service calls and minimize customer downtime
- Document service work, findings, and repair recommendations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local mechanical codes
- Communicate effectively with facility managers, engineers, and project teams
What You Bring- 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience with equipment such as RTUs, boilers, MAUs, AHUs, fans, pumps, cooling towers, VRV/VRF systems, VFDs, automation systems, and/or chillers
- Understanding of hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits/components
- EPA Universal Certification or other relevant HVAC certifications
