Full Job Description
HVAC Service Managers are responsible for leading technicians and directly driving revenue through strong sales execution. This role owns sales performance across all HVAC channels and is accountable for achieving budgeted gross profit, increasing average ticket, improving close rates, and supporting and closing equipment and repair sales when needed. This is a sales leadership role with direct responsibility for revenue production, not solely a technical or administrative position.

This is a full time salaried position with incentive plan!

What You'll Do:
  • Own HVAC sales performance from lead to close, including revenue, average ticket, and close rate
  • Coach and develop technicians into high-performing sales professionals through ride-alongs, debriefs, and weekly training
  • Support and close equipment and repair sales (in-home, phone, or virtual) when needed
  • Drive revenue growth by improving conversion rates, pricing strategy, and sales execution
  • Rehash and follow up on unsold estimates to capture additional revenue opportunities
  • Ensure every customer receives multiple solution options and a 5-star experience
  • Guide system design decisions to align customer needs with high-value solutions
  • Track, review, and manage branch-level sales performance and KPIs
  • Oversee estimates, financing options, and deal completion to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accountability across the team for performance, time management, and results
  • Ensure accurate job documentation and adherence to company processes and compliance standards

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding HVAC sales targets (revenue, average ticket, close rate)
  • Strong ability to close equipment and repair sales (in-home and remote)
  • Experience coaching and developing technicians to improve sales performance
  • Demonstrated ability to drive KPI performance across a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including training and group facilitation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with business systems and technology (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Authorized to work in the United State

Preference will be given to the candidates with the following skillsets:
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC
  • 3+ years of experience in a manager role
  • Service Titan experience
