Qualifications

Full Job Description

*This position is contingent upon award
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support oversight activities for assigned HUMINT collection operations
  • Apply knowledge of HUMINT tradecraft and operational/strategic collection processes to support mission execution
  • Support execution of the HUMINT operations cycle and broader intelligence operations cycle across supported activities
  • Assist collection managers and case officers with operational planning, coordination, and administrative oversight
  • Monitor compliance of collection activities with applicable tradecraft standards, policies, and intelligence oversight regulations
  • Maintain awareness of DoD HUMINT system capabilities and limitations relevant to supported operations
  • Support preparation, review, and quality control of operational documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (DOQC, OTC, FTC, DSDC elements) to ensure operational continuity
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of source administrative and operational files in accordance with tradecraft standards
  • Provide technical and operational support across the full range of SOW-defined tasks
  • Support training, mentorship, and quality assurance for junior personnel on HUMINT tradecraft and operational procedures
  • Travel/deploy to forward-deployed or austere environments as required in support of operations
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a HUMINT collection or HUMINT collection support role
  • In-depth understanding of the collection environment and resources necessary to efficiently administer oversight activities
  • Demonstrated cognizance of DoD HUMINT system capabilities
  • Technical skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to accomplish tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Working knowledge of HUMINT Operational Tradecraft (TC), operational and strategic collection processes, the HUMINT operations cycle, and the intelligence operations cycle
  • Familiarity with DOQC, OTC, FTC, and DSDC
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required


Desired Qualifications:

Completion of one or more of the following courses:
  • Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC)
  • Joint Interrogation Certification Course (JICC)
  • Collection Management Basic Course (CMBC)
  • DIA HUMINT Desk Officer Course
  • DIA HUMINT Collection Management Course
  • Intelligence Information Report (IIR) Course
  • Excel for Operational Support Officers (OSOs)


Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Contingent Roles Caveat:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
