What You'll Do- Lead full-cycle recruiting using modern sourcing strategies and tools
- Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and create a seamless, positive hiring experience
- Build and improve onboarding workflows and employee processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and make strong hiring decisions
- Support retention through engagement initiatives and follow-ups
- Proactively identify and help resolve employee-related challenges
- Track recruiting performance, tools, and spend

Compensation & Benefits- Salary up to $86,000
