Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Position Summary

The HR Personnel Manager serves as a key advisor to leadership on HR policies, processes, and employee matters. This role provides clarity in complex situations, supports leaders with staffing and employee relations needs, and partners with HR specialists to ensure consistent, compliant practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the COO and leadership with off-boarding and sensitive separations.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and HR partners.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and performance management.
• Maintain documentation and protocols related to HR practices.
• Address workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Lead internal investigations and serve as the first point of contact for legal claims.
• Partner with legal counsel on risk mitigation and compliance issues.
• Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Supervise assigned staff.
