Job Overview: The Human Resources Manager performs and oversees Generalist duties around Compliance, Payroll & Employee relation tasks including Payroll processing via 3rd party vendor, Benefits, New Hire Orientation and Safety Trainings. The ideal candidate has experience with HRIS and Payroll software's similar to Paycor, Paycom, Paylocity, ADP etc. And has the ability to perform duties along with oversight and in a setting up to around 350-450 employees varying on season and fulltime staff. This role extends an open door to employees emphasizing communication and retention and is a strategic partner to leadership on goals. Producing various reports and on metrics. The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is required. A Bachelor's Degree with related studies is highly preferred.
Requirements• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor or similar platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations for a workforce of up to 450 employees.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
• Experience conducting employee training programs, including safety orientations.
