What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned locations.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build talent pipelines and support onboarding activities.
  • Monitor recruiting progress and provide hiring updates.

Human Resources Operations

  • Support onboarding, I-9 compliance, personnel documentation, and HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with audits and continuous process improvements.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Partner with leaders on performance, attendance, conduct, corrective action, and policy matters.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.

Training & Regional Support

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and policy training.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Travel throughout Northern California to support employees and operations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Safety, and Operations teams.

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, onboarding logistics, and HR reporting.
  • Track HR metrics and support regional administrative functions.
  • Participate in HR and cross-functional meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
