RSi is looking to fill a
Human ResourcesSubject Matter Expert - Technical Management on the
AVMC contract (Aviation & Missile Center) in support of the
Army by providing technology, engineering, and integration support to the Warfighter, program executive offices, and other partners across the Army's transformation and readiness missions. This position is responsible for providing expertise to develop, integrate, productionize, field, maintain, and sustain the operations of the Technical Management organization.
Summary of duties include but are not limited to:- Develop and maintain employee initiatives, management and execution of recruitment and retention efforts, division briefings and communications, meeting planning and support
- The development and maintenance of division spreadsheets, databases, and websites
- The development and reporting of daily business human capital and financial management initiatives and providing recommendations
- Provide input and review of communication plans with customers relating to manpower requirements, office visits, and meeting taskers in support of Technical Management Division
- Recommend and develop communication feedback mechanisms and assessment of feedback results
- Research and analyze program data and implementation data to assess impacts of Federal Government Policies and economic conditions and provide recommendation for future execution
- Provide access to and provide specialized support in the form of developing, productionizing, deploying and maintaining spreadsheets, data bases, web pages, any other system the Associate Director for Technical Management deems necessary
- Develop data reports, data requests, data summaries, formatted and structured documents, and data analysis documents in support of daily business management initiatives, managerial accounting services, obligation management services, and manpower management data
- Provide input and recommend plans, policies, and procedures for development and management of human capital processes, procedures and programs
- Provide business and human capital management support to maintain and sustain operations within the Technical management Division
- Provide financial management support to maintain and sustain operations within the Technical management Division
Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in related field
- 15 years relevant experience
Preferred Experience:- Familiarity with government programs or federal policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
Work Environment: - The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment
Physical Environment/Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): - Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted
Other: Must meet eligibility for a Public Trust background investigation for government issues credentials and IT access/applicants must be able to pass a security background check per Redstone Arsenal/MSFC requirements. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
